RETURN CENTER & RETURN POLICY
Returns
You can make a return request for one or more products within 30 days of receiving the goods, for the following reasons: if it is damaged, if it does not correspond to the product ordered, if it is not present in the parcel. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The return shipping costs to our warehouses are at the buyer’s expense. We are responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.
NOTE: ALL ITEMS BOUGHT IN STORE OR IN PERSON HAVE A NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE POLICY.(NO EXCEPTIONS)
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
- If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
- Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
- Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
If you processed your order through guest checkout please contact our friendly Customer Service to start your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
A : Our warehouse typically takes between 5-7 business days to process a return after being received. Using the tracking number assigned to your returns label, you can follow the progress of your package with our courier. As soon as your item is received and accepted by our partner we will send an email to confirm the completion of your refund. Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider. To ensure your refund is as quick as possible. In total this entire process can take up to 14 business days. Be sure to save your proof of postage until your return is completed.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at theboss365@bossesanddimes.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
