A : Acrylic knit : Most acrylic knit garments can be machine-washed. Read the label and check for the proper drying option. Some knits retain their shapes best if reshaped and dried flat.

Cashmere : Check the care label before laundering cashmere. To hand-wash, use a mild detergent or shampoo. Gently squeeze the water through the garment, then rinse until the water runs clear. Do not wring or twist. Squeeze out excess water. To dry, lay flat on a towel, away from sunlight or heat.

Cotton : Cotton holds up well to home laundering. Remove the garment from the dryer promptly to reduce wrinkling. Press using spray starch for the crispness of a laundered shirt.

Cotton blend : Dry cotton-blend garments using your dryer's permanent-press or low-heat cycle and remove immediately to reduce wrinkling. Touch up with a steam iron, starch for a professionally laundered look.

Denim : Denim should be washed with cold or warm water, inside out. If washing denim that is mixed with synthetic fabrics, always follow care directions for the more delicate fabric with which the denim is mixed. Hang denim to dry and iron on high heat.

Flannel : Flannel can be washed in cold or warm water. However, if your flannel derives from wool, even if its washable wool, avoid the dryer completely since it can dry out its fibers. For non-washable wool flannel avoid laundering it at home and take it to the dry cleaners.

Nylon : Machine-wash nylon garments in warm water. Use a low temperature setting when tumble-drying and include a dryer sheet to reduce static electricity. Use a warm iron to press, if necessary.

Polyester : Read the label. Usually polyester items can be machine-washed (cool) and dried (low). Check the label to see if air-drying is recommended. Touch up with a cool - never hot - iron, if necessary.

Rayon : Make sure to read the care label for rayon clothing. Launder in cool water and a mild detergent. When machine-washing, use the gentle cycle and promptly remove garments after washing. When handwashing, do not wring or twist the garment. To dry, roll the item in a towel to squeeze out excess water. Lay flat to dry. Iron when still damp and with the garment inside out to prevent the fabric from becoming shiny. Use a pressing cloth when ironing the right side of the garment. Pressing cloths can be purchased or use something as simple as a piece of white cotton fabric.

Spandex : Use warm water when hand- or machine-washing items made with spandex. Line-dry or use a low temperature setting when machine-drying to preserve the elasticity of the garment.

Wool knit : Typically, wool knits need to be dry-cleaned, but check the label. If hand-washable, use cool water and a detergent for fine washables. Squeeze out excess water, then reshape and dry flat.

Wool (lined) : Lined garments generally look best when professionally dry-cleaned once a season. Between dry cleanings, remove surface soil with a brush or damp cloth. Refresh the item by hanging it from a padded hanger in a steamy bathroom; moisture will help garment shed wrinkles. When touching up with an iron, use steam in an up-and-down motion (rather than sliding the iron along the fabric).

The return shipping costs to our Locations are at the buyer’s expense. We are responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
  • If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
  • Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
  • Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

A : Simply follow these steps to prepare your item:

  1. Should you receive a faulty product or not the product you ordered, open a return request ticket in your profile and send an e-mail with product photos to theboss365@bossesanddimes.com. We will send you instructions on how to proceed within the next business day following your request.
  2. Insert a copy of the ORDER NUMBER inside the package. If no number is subsequently found we will NOT guarantee reimbursement for the goods returned.

You may return your order for a refund or exchange to Bosses And Dimes within 30 days of the purchase date by visiting the Refund Policy Page. At Your Expense.

We highly recommend saving the receipt or tracking details for verifying the return of your goods. If you have a problem or discrepancy (including shortages, damages, etc.) with an order contact us within 48 hours of receiving goods.

Please note : we are not able to accommodate any style, color or size swap or exchange requests via a replacement order. Items that have been printed, washed, decorated and masks which are final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.


A : In case of faulty or incorrect products, the original delivery cost will be included in your refund.


A : Our Locations typically takes between 5-7 business days to process a return after being received. Using the tracking number assigned to your returns label, you can follow the progress of your package with our courier. As soon as your item is received and accepted by our partner we will send an email to confirm the completion of your refund. Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider. To ensure your refund is as quick as possible, please ensure all items meet the conditions of our Refunds And Returns Policy. In total this entire process can take up to 14 business days.
